Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they align with business objectives.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose optimized workflows.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Support testing efforts by developing test cases and ensuring deliverables meet business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools, with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
