Work Mode: Hybrid
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems.
- Analyze technical specifications for new projects and system enhancements.
- Implement new functionalities and integrations (mainly via APIs).
- Monitor systems and services proactively to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain scripts (Java, Python, or other relevant languages) for monitoring and integration purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support existing systems and onboard new solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of IT experience (application support, system monitoring, or integration experience is a plus).
- Scripting knowledge in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and API-based system integration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
Optional (Nice to Have):
- Certifications in programming, databases, or IT service management (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001).
- Understanding of banking-related regulations (PSD2, DORA, NIS2).
