Work Mode: Hybrid

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Analyze technical specifications for new projects and system enhancements.
• Implement new functionalities and integrations (mainly via APIs).
• Monitor systems and services proactively to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain scripts (Java, Python, or other relevant languages) for monitoring and integration purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support existing systems and onboard new solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of IT experience (application support, system monitoring, or integration experience is a plus).
• Scripting knowledge in Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and API-based system integration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand technical and business requirements.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.

Optional (Nice to Have):

• Certifications in programming, databases, or IT service management (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001).
• Understanding of banking-related regulations (PSD2, DORA, NIS2).
