Our client is looking for a motivated, communicative, and technically skilled ICT Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily support of the company’s technology infrastructure, resolving user technical issues, and managing and maintaining critical information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and management of VMware environment (virtual servers)

• Management of Active Directory, group policies, user accounts, and permissions

• Management and support of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server

• Implementation and monitoring of Cyber Security policies

• Management of corporate firewall and monitoring network security

• Network management (LAN/WAN/VPN) and troubleshooting related issues

• Resolving daily employee technical support requests (1st & 2nd level support)

• Collaboration with external partners or technology vendors, as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft environments

• Good knowledge of cybersecurity tools and endpoint protection

• Good knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, O365

• Good understanding of basic networking concepts and firewall operations

• Willingness for continuous learning and professional development

Desired Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft, or VMware will be considered a plus
