About the job
Our FinTech project is a dynamic banking organization active in seven countries, with total assets of €60.0 billion and 13,512 employees. With a total network of 700 branches in Greece and abroad, it offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services to its retail and corporate customers. It holds a strategic position in retail and business banking in Bulgaria and Serbia, as well as offering distinguished Wealth Management services in Cyprus, Luxembourg and London and is also present in Romania.Until now, we have build the biggest Omnichannel in the area of technology in the GR market regarding the FinTech area. We have already implement more than 10 Scrum Teams and now we expand our portfolio of services.
We are currently looking for a Project Planner to join our team, supporting the structured planning and delivery of projects across a banking organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation across diverse projects.
Identify potential project risks and mitigation plans proactively.
Identify and coordinate the necessary teams and stakeholders required for project execution.
Maintain and update detailed project plans and reports, ensuring clarity on timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for project tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Demonstrated ability as a team player, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fast learner, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and project environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both teams and management.
Strong presentation skills for clear reporting of project status and planning updates.
Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or related field.
