Key Responsibilities:

• Data Cleansing Techniques: Utilize established data cleansing methodologies to correct, standardize, and prepare data for integration into the organization’s systems.
• Application of Business Rules: Interpret and implement company-specific business rules to incoming data to ensure alignment with operational standards and data governance policies.
• Data Validation: Perform data validation processes to confirm that data meets quality benchmarks and is ready for use across various departments.
• Process Automation: Collaborate with the IT team to develop automated scripts and tools for repetitive data cleansing and quality assurance tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data cleansing procedures, applied business rules, and quality checks for reference and audit purposes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, database administrators, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and enhance data processing workflows.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information
• Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data cleansing, data management, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
