Responsibilities
The main task will be to support the already installed TracePro systems of our client, as well as the installation/configuration of new TracePro projects. Analyzes the functional specifications of the project in collaboration with the project manager.
Installs certified and non-certified IT systems at the customer’s facilities.
Trains customers either remotely or on-site at the customer’s premises.
Provides technical support to customers on certified and non-certified applications/systems.
Required Qualifications
Good knowledge of MS SQL Server
Good knowledge of connecting and controlling peripheral devices from a PC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Politeness and the ability to remain composed even under high pressure
Excellent written and spoken English
Nice-to-have Qualifications
University degree in computer systems engineering or automation systems
Knowledge of business operations in systems such as ERP / WMS / MES
Proven 2 years of experience in a similar role
