We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team and act as a subject matter expert for our key product areas, including our Consent Platform. You will bridge the gap between business requirements, regulatory needs, and technical implementation, ensuring our products deliver value while remaining compliant.

This role combines product expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to support product development, rollout, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform/Product Ownership: Manage and optimize initially our Consent Platform (e.g., cookies, SDKs, privacy preferences), ensuring compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy, etc.). Develop a deep understanding of other assigned product areas.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Privacy, PMO to align consent solutions with business objectives.

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate regulatory and business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless implementation.

• Product Management Support: Contribute to product backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning using tools such as Jira.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to improve compliance, scalability, and user experience.

• Advocacy: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on consent management and user privacy across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Solid understanding of data protection regulations (ie.GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy) and technical concepts (cookies, SDKs, web/app frameworks).

• Experience with product/project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).

• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) or related digital privacy tools.

• Background in product management, digital privacy, or compliance-driven industries.

• Familiarity with web and mobile development environments.

• Previous experience in a tech-driven organization.
