Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements related to CRM systems. Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization. Provide recommendations to improve CRM processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design CRM solutions that meet client requirements. Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams. Ensure that the solution is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of CRM systems, including configuration, customization, and data migration. Coordinate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of the solution.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the CRM solution meets business requirements and functions as expected. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise during testing.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the CRM system. Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, including sales, marketing, customer service, and support.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Experience with CRM system implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
