Our client, a leader in financial technology solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Athens. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative software solutions, from requirements analysis to project coordination and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, document findings, and address defects.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in financial technology or software solutions.
- Expertise in requirements analysis, testing, and project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with financial systems, digital solutions, or software implementation processes is a plus.
