What you will do:

• Execute assessments, migrations, and implementations of Hybrid-Cloud solutions, migrating environments to Microsoft Azure

• Manage and optimize existing Microsoft Azure environments

• Develop Azure DevOps CI/CD practices

• Follow consistent processes for incident and problem resolution

• Enhance internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and tools

• Prepare technical documentation on Microsoft Azure and related procedures

• Own customer issues and see them through to resolution

• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues

• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

• Prepare accurate and timely reports

• Follow SLAs based on issue severity

• At our client’s, they work as a team- get ready to work very closely with your colleagues and Technical Lead for solving complex problems

• Work in close collaboration with other ICC technical teams including (but not limited to) Information Security, Architecture, Technical Advisors etc.

• Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of experience in IT, particularly with Microsoft Azure technologies

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal

• Proficiency with Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Clients, Terminal Services, Hyper-V)

• Basic knowledge of networking core concepts

• Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues

• Experience with migration projects (on-premises to cloud)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Eager to learn and support new technologies, and to train others

Additional Skills to be considered as advantages:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator – AZ 104 , Azure Fundamentals – AZ 900, Azure Virtual Desktop – AZ 140)

• Networking Certifications (CCNA, NSE4, Checkpoint IaaS Cloud Guard Specialist)

• Basic Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops concepts and Infra as code deployment

• Basic Knowledge of core security concepts on Microsoft Azure
