About the job
As a Sales and Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the sales department. This position involves supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and assisting with order processing and customer relationship management.
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Handle order entry, processing, and tracking
Manage inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with product information, pricing, and order status
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service role
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Proficiency in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
