About the position: Regulatory Compliance and Company Overview As a REIC listed on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, Ble Kedros REIC adheres to stringent regulations, including: • Corporate governance regulations for joint-stock companies • Obligations related to its Stock Exchange listing • Compliance with REIC legislation • Compliance with AIF requirements for internal management

Key responsibilities include:

Executing audits based on the Annual Audit Program approved by the Audit Committee to assess the effectiveness of risk management controls and the degree of adherence to corporate policies and procedures,

Verifying compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as internal company regulations,

Conducting follow-up audits to ensure that corrective measures have been implemented,

Providing well-documented conclusions and recommendations and preparing detailed audit reports,

Tracking the progress of corrective actions (follow-up),

Maintaining comprehensive audit documentation files

Ideal candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Proven experience in internal auditing

University degree in business administration, economics, sciences, or a related discipline

Member of the Internal Auditors Registry

Excellent computer proficiency

Strong command of the English language

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret and adhere to procedures and produce high-quality documentation
