About the job
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and supporting the implementation of human resource strategies that align with the company’s goals. This role combines hands-on execution with supervisory responsibilities across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, enhancing the employee experience, and delivering impactful HR solutions that drive business growth and employee success and retention
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate selection, and hiring for both domestic and international positions (Greece, Spain, Italy, France, U.S.A.)
Coordinate and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires and accelerate their productivity
Partner with hiring managers to assess and address staffing needs, providing guidance on optimal talent acquisition strategies
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with department objectives and organizational goals
Identify skill gaps and design or implement targeted training programs to support employee development and performance improvement
Prepare comprehensive HR reports and analytics to inform data-driven decision-making at the executive and leadership levels
Provide strategic HR support to the broader group of companies, ensuring consistency in HR policies, practices, and initiatives across all entities
Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation and attract high-quality talent, utilizing targeted campaigns and strategic employee engagement practices
Bachelor’s degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master’s degree in Human Resources will be an asset
2 years of experience in generalist HR role-supervisory experience is a plus.
Solid knowledge of HR principles and practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Excellent knowledge of English language
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Confidentiality and professional integrity
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
