What you'll do
- Drive Treasury Front Office input into Group business planning with financial impact analysis of Risk Management strategy
- Monitor and assess FX and commodity risk strategies performance and provide forward-looking analysis to senior management
- Advise internal stakeholders on financial risk impacts and collaborate with treasury teams to strengthen risk management framework
- Support management of bank relationships including negotiation and maintenance of key agreements
- Track and evaluate monthly P&L impact of FX and Commodity hedging across all Group countries and communicate findings
- Partner with Treasury Middle Office to streamline processes, focusing on efficiency with large data sets
- Participate in projects to raise awareness of Risk Management strategy purpose, mechanics, and financial impact
- Build and share Treasury knowledge with teams and countries to foster continuous learning
- Maintain open communication channels with country teams and peers ensuring timely and transparent information flow
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to align treasury activities
- Develop innovative solutions improving treasury processes, systems, and service delivery
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Financial Reporting and Financial Risk Management skills related to Treasury
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Valuation and Accounting treatment of financial derivatives knowledge
- Understanding of Hedge Accounting
- Analytical and Quantitative skills
- Finance / Economics / Business Administration
