Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Hedging strategy for FX, Commodities, and Interest Rates
- Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and Interest Rates financial derivatives knowledge
- Analytical and quantitative skills for complex financial data interpretation
- MS Excel advanced proficiency and Bloomberg experience
- Risk Management and regulatory compliance understanding
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Communication skills for clear written and verbal English
- Finance / Economics / Business Administrationpreferred
About the job
We are looking for a Treasury Dealer to join our dynamic team of Group Finance, at Coca-Cola HBC.
You will support the design and execution of the Group’s hedging strategy across FX, commodities and interest rates, in close collaboration with Treasury stakeholders and in line with Treasury Policy.
Additionally, you will execute hedging transactions accurately and within risk limits, while also leading treasury-related projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and effective delivery through strong cross-functional collaboration.
IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:
• Take full ownership of financial risk hedging within assigned areas of Foreign Exchange, Commodities and Interest Rates.
• Ensure strict adherence to hedging position limits as defined by the Group Treasury Policy.
• Partner with business units across the Company to respond to ad-hoc requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Lead projects related to hedging strategy development or Risk Management infrastructure.
• Contribute actively to system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Treasury’s key internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and consistency across all treasury-related activities.
• Generate new insights and solutions that drive improvements in processes, systems and services.
• Track regulatory developments and financial industry trends relevant to Group Treasury operations.
• Understand and comply with CCHBC policy standards and with Internal and External Audit requirements.
YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
• 5-10 years’ experience in the Treasury of a Bank or non-financial Corporation in a Structuring/Dealing Position.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear insights.
• A University/Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or a business-related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with hands-on experience using Bloomberg as essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of financial derivatives across Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and Interest Rate markets.
• Professional qualifications, such as CFA or FRM as an advantage.
