We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner – Raw Materials to join our Planning team on a maternity cover contract.
The role is responsible for ensuring raw materials availability in line with production plans, while also supporting accurate master data creation and maintenance in SAP R/3 and SAP APO. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to effective planning, data accuracy, process improvement and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor raw material requirements, ensuring availability and appropriate stock levels to support production needs.
Coordinate raw material purchasing activities and supplier communication, aiming for cost optimization and minimal write-offs.
Support timely and accurate master data creation, maintenance and updates in SAP R/3 and SAP APO.
Perform data checks, reporting and analysis to ensure data accuracy, system readiness and on-time request delivery.
Collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Demand Planning, Master Data, Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, planning optimization projects and effective support of S&OP activities.
What we are looking for
University degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Raw Materials Planning, Master Data or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel will be considered an asset.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage priorities, processes and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
