About the job
We seek for a Strategic Procurement Manager (SPM) for Production Equipment, Maintenance Repair & Operations (PE&MRO). The PE& MRO SPM plays a pivotal role in delivering resilient, sustainable, and cost-effective supply strategies across CCHBC. This role requires long-term category leadership, supplier ecosystem management, and alignment with corporate priorities including digitalization, ESG compliance, sustainability and net zero targets as well as geopolitical risk mitigation.
This position is critical due to the direct impact on production continuity, CapEx efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. The SPM leads strategic direction-setting for category transformation, digital tools, and risk reduction, manages senior stakeholder engagement globally and ensures that category strategies are fully implemented at Business Unit/Country level.

Location: Within CCHBC markets and in the Netherlands
Travel: up to 30%
OUR STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT MANAGER PE & MRO:
Designs, drives and cascades Procurement strategic Plan and category strategy
Lead strategic sourcing, supplier base optimization and sustainability related targets for PE & MRO across CCHBC, ensuring resilient, cost-efficient, and sustainable supply in line with company policies and guidelines.
Aligns with the business and delivers category SLA’s and KBI’s
Guides and Empowers Country Procurement teams by cascading strategy and providing support to deliver category measured targets, SLAs and KPIs;
Manages complex supply chains and supplier relationships, through structured Supplier Relationship Management processes, innovation roadmaps, performance reviews, and contractual negotiations
Nourishes and builds alignment with cross-functional and cross-geography internal stakeholders but also key suppliers to drive engagement and buy in as per targets
Represents Group Procurement in all cross-functional PE&MRO activities with key Group and external stakeholders
Analyzes industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify emerging opportunities, boost innovation, minimize risks and protect continuity of supply/service level.
Undertakes additional responsibilities and projects relevant to the role, contributing to personal and professional development.
Leads talent development and capability uplift initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Over 10 years working experience and at least 4 years in in-country and group-level procurement leadership roles, preferably from different industry sectors
Proven experience in:
Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership at senior, cross-functional, and cross-cultural levels
Strategic Procurement Leadership in PE&MRO (including sustainability/net zero CAPEX projects)
Global Sourcing: from technical requirements to tender preparation, negotiation and contracting
Working experience in matrix organization and multicultural & multi geographies environment
University degree in Engineering or Business
Master or MBA is considered an asset
CIPS or other certification is considered as an asset
