Solution Architect Sustainability, to lead the design and implementation of technology-driven sustainability solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, innovative, and environmentally responsible architectures that align with business and regulatory sustainability goals.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for leading, maintaining and leveraging the application architecture in Sustainability area.

• Act in accordance with the roadmap & supports the definition of strategic direction for technologies that enables business driven technology solutions.

• Assesses all available solutions to ensure that they are aligned with the strategic directions and fit for purpose, considering the development, customization, integration and maintenance of the technology solutions.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• University Degree in a relevant area

• Min 4 years of SAP or Salesforce projects experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in the role of Salesforce Solution Architect, with a solid understanding of complex architectural solutions with knowledge of the main Salesforce clouds, especially Marketing Cloud and Net Zero Cloud.

• Have advanced architectural knowledge of SAP/Salesforce, including integration via API , etc.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with SAP S4 ERP Systems and legacy systems, including middleware technologies and APIs. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) for integration purposes

• Knowledge of the most common platforms for API design and testing such as Postman

• Familiarity with Salesforce data security and privacy measures. In general, familiarity with network protocols, security, and best practices is a plus.

• Knowledge in data modelling and data warehouse solutions, i.e Azure. Experience with Data Cloud implementations, ETL tools, and data transformation strategies.

• Hands-on software troubleshooting experience and ability to coordinate migrations/implementation of changes between the different Application environments (i.e., Development, Test, and Production). Experience with CI / CD concepts and platforms/tools

• Good knowledge of analytics and business intelligence platforms

• Good knowledge of enterprise architecture repository like ARDOQ.

• Ability to draft technical specifications and documentation needed for production application release (security standards, roles and permissions model, etc)

• Familiarity with IT/OT principles

• Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of any of the following modules and related sub modules: SAP MM/QM, SAP Sustainability suite (advantage), other ESG Reporting solutions

• Strong Consultancy skills, knowledge and experience with New Business Functionality projects

• Experience leading technical requirements gathering & solution design sessions with clients

• Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business

• Team player attitude

• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies

• Desired Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect)

• English fluency verbal and written communication is a MUST.
