We are hiring two Prompt Engineers to join the Data Products team at Coca-Cola HBC, supporting our growing portfolio of GenAI and AI agent solutions. One role will focus on RTM (Route to Market) and the other on RGM/Finance - each playing a key part in translating business logic into intelligent prompts that drive real outcomes.
This is a technical and business integrated role, supporting the full AI product lifecycle: from early discovery and prototyping to solution scaling and optimization. You'll work side-by-side with AI Design Owners, data scientists, and platform engineers to design and refine prompts for LLMs and agentic systems, while ensuring they are accurate, business-relevant, and ethically aligned.
You’ll also need to understand the functional context of your assigned domain (RTM or RGM/Finance) to craft effective prompts and logic that resonate with real user needs.
IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:
• Design, test, and optimize high-performance prompts for LLMs and agent frameworks across use cases in Commercial & Finance.
• Collaborate with AI Design Owners & Functional business owners to translate business logic, processes, and KPIs into prompts and intelligent flows.
• Support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-step reasoning, and prompt chaining for agentic solutions and copilots.
• Query and explore structured data (e.g., via Databricks SQL) to enrich prompts with validated, contextual inputs.
• Contribute to data cataloguing, semantic layers, and metadata structuring to support GenAI and automation efforts.
• Ensure prompt performance through continuous testing, monitoring, and optimization.
• Uphold ethical AI standards by working in close partnership with AI Governance - mitigating risks around fairness, bias, hallucinations, and transparency.
• Document and share best practices to scale prompting knowledge across use cases and teams.
YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
Required Experience & Skills
• 3–7+ years of experience in prompt engineering, analytics engineering, AI prototyping, or data-driven product development.
• Proven ability to craft and optimize prompts for LLMs, with strong understanding of context windows, chaining, and logic structuring.
• Strong skills in SQL and structured data exploration to support prompt enrichment and output validation.
• Experience working with business users and understanding domain-specific needs - ideally in Commercial, or Finance/FP&A functions.
• Knowledge of data catalogues, ontologies, or metadata layers is a plus.
• Solid grasp of GenAI foundations (e.g., LLM mechanics, hallucination risk, grounding techniques).

• Passion for high-quality, ethical, and impactful GenAI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative by nature.
• Curiosity, agility, and drive to solve problems iteratively.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or equivalent tooling.
