We are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for analyzing and understanding IAM/CIAM systems behavior to support issue resolution and propose solutions for evolving business needs. They will work within the IAM scope across SAP backend, Active Directory (AD), and Azure Active Directory (AAD) and explore system capabilities and stay informed on IAM/CIAM trends to drive continuous improvement and enhance system performance. They will also identify and report risks or potential issues to management in a timely manner and will actively participate in agile projects, taking ownership of topics related to IAM/CIAM governance. The Senior IAM Engineer will also support the onboarding of new applications into IAM/CIAM systems via AD, AAD integration, or REST API connections, investigate and propose solutions to challenges within the access control domain, execute and maintain documentation of user access controls, including activities such as user access reviews and recertification processes and define and document standard operating procedures and processes in your area of expertise. This role also serves as the internal single point of contact (SPOC) for IAM-related inquiries, specifically within the Azure environment.

o Effectively self-developing own skills and expertise supported by additional trainings if/when needed.

o Propose and implements automation of processes and activities leading to cost reduction and improved controls.
o Improve user experience with working with the systems and processes.
• KBIs :
o IAM requests are at 98% within SLA.
o Systems and processes are in compliance with internal controls.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Skills/Knowledge:
o University degree in Information Technology Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant.
o A professional designation (i.e. Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator) is an advantage.
o Identity and Access Management systems architecture and integrations.
o User access management processes and automation of access provisioning via AD/AAD or REST API.
o Technical savvy with analytical skills and ability to proactively lead complex tasks to resolution.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management domains.
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in RBAC design and implementation.
o Experience with Omada and SAP is advantage.
