The SAP Product Configuration Lead (Source To Pay) is responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality SAP solutions. The role leads/configure solution design, system configuration, and specification development in close collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise standards. The position ensures solution stability, maintainability, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across integrated SAP landscapes, leveraging deep functional and cross-module expertise.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Translate procurement and sourcing business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical specifications documentations including effort estimation, while promoting process simplification and standardization in collaboration with solution architects.
• Ensure alignment of functional and technical requirements across workstreams to support overall business objectives, actively participating in stakeholder workshops to define required capabilities.
• Configure core SAP S4/HANA (MM) module and 3rd party add-ons/integrated components, ensuring adherence to approved design and architecture principles.
• Lead and manage cross-module integrations between MM and SAP Modules proactively identifying and resolving integration issues.
• Design, validate, and oversee interfaces and integrations, coordinating interface testing activities and driving resolution of integration and interface defects.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data(vendor, material) and transactional data across SAP and integrated systems.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members, foster learning and capability building.
• Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solution readiness for production.
• Provide training, guidance, and functional support to key users and business stakeholders to enable successful adoption.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• 5+ years SAP S/4 HANA configuration experience in Material Management module.
• Strong capability to analyze complex procurement requirements and translate them into effective, scalable SAP solutions.
• Extensive experience in SAP configuration collaboration and customization for procurement delivering solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• Proven expertise in business process mapping, analysis, and optimization for sourcing and purchasing.
• Solid track record across the full SAP project lifecycle with (business, functional and technical) design, build, testing, and go-live support.
• Deep understanding of integration touchpoints between SAP S/4HANA modules and 3rd party add-ons.
• Strong proficiency in producing high-quality business, functional, and technical documentation.
• University degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of FMCG or Consumer Products business processes and best practices in the respective business process area is a plus.
