As a Route Settlement team, we: 

Ensure operational excellence by verifying and processing all relevant sales and transportation documents. Our team collaborates closely with key functions such as Finance, Sales, and Logistics to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in our processes.

Joining us as a Route Settlement Associate, you will:

• Verify that all relevant documents have been received from the appropriate sources.
• Process routes in the Sales Accounting System and ensure accurate data entry.
• Ensure same-day processing of all received documents.
• Extract movements from the system and generate reports for transportation companies to reconcile driver differences.
• Manage disputes and claims with customers/drivers for the assigned country.
• Perform daily and monthly validation checks.
• Maintain a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Our new team member needs to:

• Have a university or college degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Be fluent in Polish & English.
• Have strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Be customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, multinational company or a Shared Services environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP is an advantage.
