A Product Functional Lead, Connected Customer and consumer within Digital & Technology Platforms Services (DTPS), acts as the key player in analyzing the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver an E2E product that meets business expectations. He/She ensures long-term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with business and analyses requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specifications, including effort estimation.
Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance)
Act as a role model, strive towards adding value and inspire all stakeholders to deliver beyond set objectives (agility & speed).
Support development team in understanding the complexity and the sequences of the backlog items
Create a great working environment through a positive mind-set and can-do attitude in the project team
Together with the product manager as well as the solution/platform architects and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirements, provide solutions while targeting simplification and standardization
Align solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with product owner Business stakeholders as well as Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriate
Support product manager in driving backlog prioritization and help sprint objective definition
Configure & customize the Product in alignment with Developers/Architects
Support pro-actively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
Support the functional specification of user stories.
Work with Architect(s) to validate sizing & estimates with the dev team to ensure accurate sprint planning (on-scope/on-time/on-budget)
Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals.
Collaborate with business, as well as with external vendors, stakeholders for necessary deliverables.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University Degree in a relevant area
5+ years’ experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA SD and Full Service vending, including business understanding of E2E Autonomous retail.
At least 1 year of experience in leading teams from a technical perspective.
Experience in building and support of integrations - sFTP/APIs/SOAP services.
Knowledge in computer networks, programming principles, computer architectures, software development methodologies, mobile application CI&CO is an advantage.
Experience in Implementation of support monitoring procedures and tools
Hands-on design, configuration, testing and go-live experience with SAP FSV, Settlement and billing following company security standards.
Technical background on how various components are working together (e.g. API connectivity, middleware, etc.); understanding of public cloud applications.
Awareness of various project management practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid) with working experience with Scaled Agile or similar frameworks being an advantage
Consumer goods vertical-specific solutions knowledge in the Commercial area (Self-Service Immediate Consumption, Connected Assets, Hot/Cold/Snack Vending, D2C, Customer Asset Management, Promotion Management, DSD and consumer apps integration is an advantage).
FMCG Commercial and Field Service business process awareness will be considered as an advantage
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Strong communication and influencing skills
English proficiency
