You have the chance to be in the heart of the Coca-Cola HBC Customer Data Exchange program and play a pivotal role in building and deployment of a scalable platform that integrates our major customers systems to optimize indirect sales and delivery execution processes. Your contributions will drive sustainable business growth across the value chain and digitize our commercial partners ecosystem.

Indirect sales services integration into the company's current operations optimizes the workflow and ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

A Product Configuration Expert for Customer Data Exchange/Integration within Digital & Technology Platforms Services (DTPS) acts as the key player in analyzing the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver a digital product that meets business expectations. He/She ensures long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards. 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Features/user stories well documented and following SAFE principles & EA guidelines/ best practices

  • Configuration and customization of the Product, achieved, in line with agreed architecture and, where needed, in collaboration with developers

  • Technical and functional documentation of the Product complete with quality and in time

  • Consistency of master data, transactional data ensured across systems in line with reporting needs

  • Integration across Products and between technology components conforms to best architecture practices and serves the business process needs

  • UI/UX solution aspects aligned with an expert/vendor, with product owner and Business stakeholders as well as Countries; A/B testing when appropriate

  • Test scenarios/cases based on user stories and NDFs defined and documented; Candidates for test automation established and automated. Targeted results achieved for all types of testing consistently and with no delay

  • All quality gates passed with demonstrated end-to-end quality engineering mindset; timely corrective actions carried out where applicable; no compliance findings

  • Regular and reliable releases to production achieved along best practices of DevSecOps, and with no business disruption

  • Level 3 (L3) incidents resolved within SLA; system availability and business continuity as per target

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • University Degree in a relevant area

  • Qualifiers are years of experience, certification

  • AP Expert functional knowledge in the respective Enterprise Solutions (i.e. ANAPLAN, SAP)

  • Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and ability to design business solutions accordingly

  • Configuration and customizing of respective Solutions, testing and go-live preparation and support

  • Excellent knowledge of FMCG or Consumer Products business processes and best practices in the respective business process area

  • Skilled in mapping and analyzing business processes

  • Technical background on how various component are working together (e.g. API connectivity, middleware, mobile etc.), incl. public cloud implications

  • Aware of project management practices, esp. Scaled Agile

  • Effective communication and influencing/negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation

  • English language proficiency
