The Product Analyst acts as the key player in designing, building / delivering an E2E digital product that meets business requirements, leverage latest technology trends. He/She ensures long term stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acting as SME in the area of SPM ServiceNow and as a bridge between business stakeholders (requestors) and the delivery team while supporting the product manager in refining the backlog and delivering value to the business while ensuring high levels of end user satisfaction.
Responsible to analyze the business requirements, turn them in technical requirements and provide input to effort estimation, and keeping Product Backlog and documentation up to date
Together with Product manager and Architects validate process compliance of new requirements, targeting simplification and standardization of proposed solutions
Align solution UI/UX aspects with Business Owners and other stakeholders, validate the technical realization
Proactively identify and address performance and usability gaps, regularly analyze end users feedback. Provide concise recommendations to sustainable improvements or simplifications
Provide guidance to business team on existing and future ServiceNow Platform Capabilities and anticipate business requirements, identify Proof of Concept opportunities
Prioritize the Product Backlog together with the Product manager as part of DevSecOps Teams, and in alignment with the Product Roadmap
Participate in Product Development team and contribute Release & PI Package scope delivery
Assess and prioritize the backlog items of already approved PI scope, incl. detailed business analysis
Analyze detailed business requirements, prepare business design, define backlog items, approve solution design with Platform and Solution Architects.
Update Product training documentation
Participate in Product Operations Team and work on Continuous product & service improvements
Contribute to the improvement of service delivery & availability
Provide assessment of escalated Incidents & Problems to assure faster issue resolution
Provide guidance for backlog prioritization
Proactively monitor and report on product stability and performance. Provide clear recommendations for sustainable improvements
Engage in proactive monitoring and identification of opportunities for product improvements
Deliver Product system trainings on the bigger Product Enhancements when such introduced
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University Degree in the relevant area
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management module, including demand management, project management, resource management, and application portfolio management modules.
Experience in working together with Business Owners and Technical Teams on providing solutions to business requests
Strong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scaled Agile and DevSecOps delivery models.
Expertise in analyzing data to derive insights, create reports, and provide recommendations for optimizing the customized for CCH ServiceNow SPM module and improving overall product performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and collaborating effectively within Agile teams and across departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated with the latest trends in ServiceNow, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance product delivery.
Ability to lead discussions and capture business requirements in a structured manner, analyze, assess and provide guidance on potential technical solution
Certifications related to ServiceNow will be considered as advantage
Skills & experience in usage of DevSecOps Management platforms and tools (i.e. SAFe, MS Azure DevOps)
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting expected deadlines and with quality
Strong communication and influencing skills
English proficiency
