- Drive innovation, continuous improvements, and product enhancements
- Define and support enabler epics, capacity allocation, and implementation execution
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- OT systems including SCADA, MES, PLC integration, and Industrial Protocols
- IT systems architecture including Cloud computing, Network architecture, and Microsoft AD Services
- Industrial integration patterns and middleware technologies such as Edge and MQTT
- Data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML enablement
- Cybersecurity principles in OT environments
- Reference architectures, design standards, and governance practices
- Agile, SAFe, and platform roadmap management
- Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systemspreferred
About the job
We are seeking a highly skilled OT/IT Convergence Platform Architect to lead the development of the OT/IT Convergence Platform roadmap, architecture, and standardization across the organization at a group-wide scale.
The OT/IT Convergence Platform Architect will provide technical leadership across products and platform initiatives, supporting the definition and delivery of enabler epics while ensuring solutions are implemented in full compliance with architectural and design standards.
Acting as a strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders, this role will drive innovation, enhance user experience, and maximize platform value through standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Platform Strategy, Roadmap & Value Delivery
• Define OT/IT Convergence Platform roadmap
• Technical Leadership across OT/IT Product Lines
• Identify value streams and value generation opportunities
• Identify new technologies and products and lead proof of value exploration
• Define strategic platform enablers following the business needs and enterprises architecture themes
2. Architecture, Design & Governance
• Design and govern platform architecture following CCH Design standards and enterprise architecture principles
• Ensure conceptual integrity of Platform Architecture repository over time
• Define product development guidelines and optimize products architecture
• Define and manage enabler epics for platform products
• Support capacity allocation for strategic initiatives.
• Verify that solutions are delivered as per architecture and requirements
• Maintain security, reliability, and end-to-end platform design integrity
3. Stakeholder Engagement, Innovation & Operations
• Lead platform development, configuration, and integration across OT/IT ecosystems
• Manage integrations between OT Assets and Application and Enterprise solutions & infrastructure
• Drive Agile delivery and engineering best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders and align technology with customer needs
• Manage vendors and external partners
• Drive innovation, continues improvements and products enhancement
• Define and support enabler epics, capacity allocation, and implementation execution
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Deep knowledge of OT systems (SCADA, MES, PLC integration, Industrial Protocols) with at least 10 years proven experience
• Strong expertise in IT systems architecture, including Cloud, Network and Microsoft AD Services
• Experience with industrial integration patterns and middleware technologies (Edge, MQTT), knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML enablement is a plus
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly in OT environments, preferred certification IEC62443
• Experience defining reference architectures, design standards, and governance practices, preferred experience working with ISA-95 Reference model
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and product-based operating models, ability to define and manage platform roadmaps, enabler epics, and technical backlogs
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Ability to influence decision-making in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical and value-driven mindset (ROI, cost optimization, reuse)
• Fluent in written and verbal English
