About the job

In this exciting role, you will:


  • Lead the Business Requirements phase of the project, engaging with internal stakeholders and vendors, by creating user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (such as the Treasury Department or BUs) to understand the business’ needs and gather insights that you will then translate into technical requirements for the vendors to improve and optimize payment processes.
  • Analyze data to advice in developing new functionalities and modernizing solutions within the IT payments system.
  • Participate in the preparation of the testing phase and help in the co-ordination of the testing team for the execution of the testing scenarios.
  • Follow closely trends within the Fintech industry and evaluate existing payment process to guarantee its effectiveness and remove the non-value adding activities.
  • Contribute to the creation of viable Business cases for new implementations, by supporting the project management team, capturing the associated cost and benefit drivers.
  • Be a point of contact with the IT team for system-related requests or incidents.
  • Collaborate with Internal Control to act as an organizer between IC and Treasury Business Teams for the respective reviews.



You can be successful in this role, if you have:


  • Degree qualified in Mathematics, Finance/Business economics/IT
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Business, Systems or IT Analyst in a Bank, Fintech, or corporate environment.
  • Detailed real-world understanding of payment systems, and you are familiar with new payment innovations.
  • Understanding of core business processes and you can map them with associated technical solutions.

  • Ability to elicit requirements across multiple business areas, by analyzing workflows, data & functional requirements.

  • Strong analytical, communication & collaboration skills.
  • Innovative and digital mindset.
  • Knowledge of Swift payment network/SAP S4HANA – this will be considered an asset.
  • Advanced Computer Software skills, and practical exposure on MS Power Automate, Power BI & SQL - may also be considered an asset.
