Coca-Cola 3E is seeking a driven and experienced Financial Analyst to join our SC Finance team in Athens, supporting the Supply Function, Warehouse, and Distribution.


YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Serving as Finance business partner within the Supply Chain community
  • Ongoing analysis of our BU’s financial performance (periodic vs BP, RE, LY etc.) through deep understanding of Value creation drivers and performance KPIs
  • Identifying business opportunities and making recommendations for future actions to reach cost efficiencies and increased operational efficiency
  • Supporting the assessment of risk areas – e.g. incidents / challenges, and work with the Supply chain business partners to provide solid and mutually beneficial solutions
  • Being an active part of cross functional teams’ projects, by providing valuable financial insights, that will drive innovation and efficiency in our BU
  • Monthly participation and involvement in Financial Statement’s review, by managing and controlling of Supply Chain Opex, Business Losses and People costs
  • Active participation on budgeting building and controlling during planning processes, verifying results and preparing narratives through relative variance analysis
  • Preparation of standard & ad – hoc analysis & reports to Leading Management Team and our Group Head Office to facilitate business decisions and actions


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Economics or Management Engineering preferred). MBA is considered a plus;
  • ACCA/CIMA started represents a strong advantage
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis
  • Excellent English command
  • P&L and balance-sheet understanding, business scenario, profitability analysis
  • MS Word /Excel/PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical skills-ability to conduct detailed financial analysis
  • Ability to think outside of the box and challenge processes
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to set and manage deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment
