About the job

As a Digital Factory Engineer, you will serve as a dynamic catalyst in accelerating innovation and prototyping within the Digital Factory. This role is designed for enthusiastic individuals with foundational experience in areas such as Generative AI, AI, Coding (full stack), Data Science, or another Tech related field



YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively applying IT knowledge to support innovative projects, contributing to efficient project goal attainment and driving the implementation of groundbreaking solutions in the Digital Commerce sector.

  • Work synergistically with varied stakeholders and continually expand technical acumen, enhancing the Digital Factory’s capability and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.

  • Participate in developing and refining effective solutions, aligning with business objectives to deliver value-driven results, and ensuring the realization of strategic technology initiatives within the company.

  • Maintain project coherence, ensure seamless integration with organizational objectives, and embrace varied tasks with commitment and adaptability, unlocking new avenues of value in the Digital Commerce domain

  • Maintains abreast of tech trends and adapts, aligning contributions to organizational strategies.

  • Collaborates and conveys organizational strategies effectively, translating them into actionable insights.

  • Participates actively in teams, contributing to the development of product & platform roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Engages with vendors and customers, aligning insights and actions with organizational and customer needs

  • Actively explores and assimilates new technologies and methodologies that align with strategic objectives, contributing to disruptive value propositions.

  • Participates in the development and refinement of solutions, ensuring they align with business plans and enterprise roadmaps, while contributing insights and perspectives.

    ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT, particularly in areas like 3-tier architecture, Generative AI, ML models – Computer Vision, Data Science/Analysis, or part of Startup.  Experience in rapid prototyping is a plus.

  • Advanced proficiency in Python, medium proficiency in Frontend technologies such as React

  • Familiar with OOP, TDD, Design Patterns, MVC, MVVM, RestFUL API and modern UI-frameworks like React/Angular/Vue

  • Mobile App and computer vision is a plus

  • Certification in a recognized technical domain is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes quickly. Ability to embrace and leverage new learning opportunities.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with different teams and contribute to a positive working environment.

  • Proficiency in English is essential.

  • Preferred But Not Required: Exposure to Agile and DevSecOps environments and familiarity with platform and product-oriented approaches.
