- Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Facilitation Skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Code of Business Conduct adherence and professionalism

About the job
You will conduct internal audit assignments across all Coca-Cola Hellenic countries and support the presentation of audit findings and reports to senior management at both Countries and Group. You will be responsible for planning and executing financial and operational reviews, preparing clear and comprehensive audit reports, developing practical recommendations, and collaborating with management to agree on appropriate corrective actions for all identified findings.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in the planning and execution of financial and operational audits using a risk-based approach.
• Generate and analyze system data to support audit objectives and identify key risks and insights.
• Prepare high-quality audit documentation and working papers in accordance with the Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Assess and promote compliance with Group policies, local regulations, the Group Internal Control Framework, and established best practices.
• Support the timely completion and delivery of audit reports, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Company's policies and procedures, as well as the Code of Business Conduct, while acting with integrity and professionalism.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, or Audit, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
• ACA, ACCA, or CIA qualification completed, or in the final stages of completion (maximum 2–3 exams remaining).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Proficiency in an additional foreign language is considered an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% as required.
