About the job
As a part of our Costing & Controlling Team
You will be responsible for accurate accounting of company’s inventory including calculation and analysis of its direct production costs. You would be able to work in a very friendly environment, side by side with colleagues responsible for different countries in Coca Cola Hellenic group, sharing knowledge and gaining an excellent experience.
Our new team member needs to have:
- Financial accounting experience, preferably gained in a fast moving, large, multinational environment will be considered a strong advantage.
- Degree in Finance or a business-related subject.
- Willingness and availability to work part-time (4 hours per day).
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Microsoft applications (particularly Excel) is essential, and knowledge of ERP. systems (particularly SAP) will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills, and experience in working with tight deadlines.
You can be successful in this role if you:
- Support the process of COGS planning for Business plan and Rolling estimate for the assigned country of responsibility.
- Support COGS team in preparation of comprehensive variance analysis for raw and pack materials on a monthly basis.
- Deliver profitability analysis of export/import finished goods.
- Maintain effective partnership with finance and planning teams of the assigned country of responsibility.
- Maintain effective partnership with the Actual costing team, identifying synergies and efficiencies between the Planning team and the Actual costing team.
- Support actual costing team with month end closing activities.
- Participate in projects related to new product launches and other strategic projects by providing insights to the COGS area.
- Process ad hoc requests in the area of COGS analysis, planning and forecasting whenever required.
