We are hiring two experienced AI Design Owners to join our newly established Data Products team at Coca-Cola HBC. These are senior level roles with full accountability for designing impactful AI solutions across key business domains - one focused on Supply Chain, and the other on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Finance.

As a Design Owner, you will lead the E2E design of AI-powered data products - from discovery and value framing to solution design and adoption. You will act as a strategic orchestrator across business, data science, and engineering teams, ensuring that our products are technically sound, user-centric, and business integrated.

We are looking for tech-savvy leaders with a strong AI foundation - people who can speak the language of machine learning, GenAI, and cloud data platforms, while deeply understanding business challenges and how to solve them.

IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:

• Design and own the full lifecycle of AI products within either Supply Chain or RGM/Finance - from opportunity framing to MVP launch and business scaling.

• Partner with business leaders to shape problem statements, define success metrics, and drive AI product strategy.

• Translate business needs into solution blueprints — defining use cases, data requirements, model logic, user flows, and business integration.

• Orchestrate cross-functional pods of business users, data scientists, engineers, and platform teams through agile discovery and delivery sprints.

• Ensure technical robustness and reusability of solutions while maintaining business relevance and usability.

• Ensure the responsible design of AI solutions, working with AI Governance and Legal teams to meet compliance and ethical standards.

• Act as a thought partner in driving AI maturity across the organization - evangelizing adoption, sharing best practices, and guiding capability uplift

YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in AI product management, digital consulting, advanced analytics, or AI enabled business transformation.

• 2+ years functional expertise in either Supply Chain (e.g. planning, manufacturing, logistics) or RGM/Finance (e.g. pricing, forecasting, commercial finance, audit).

• Strong AI fluency: you understand key concepts across machine learning, generative AI, optimization, and AI agents - and can actively contribute to solution design and feasibility discussions.

• Solid understanding of data architecture and tooling (e.g. data lakes, feature stores, model pipelines, cloud platforms).

• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering AI solutions that made it into production and drove business impact.

• Experience working in agile product environments, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity.
