solution manager

The candidate will be part of the B2B Consulting and Solution Management team, offering and designing state-of-the art IT solutions for strategic ICT/IT customers, accelerating their digital transformation, and providing consulting services and ICT/IT solutions to complex problems and new technologies.

Duties and responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, and supports the development and implementation of complex IT solutions in various technology areas, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security based on the customer’s business drivers and budgetary objectives (TCO).

• Owns end-to-end the technical solution.

• Consulting services on sales and strategic customers

• Coordinates the design of technical solutions and the delivery and execution of complex IT projects.

• Works with OTE delivery teams, partners, and customers to address risks, issues, and blockers and future enhancements

• Shares and communicates IT solutions clearly to business and technical teams.

• Prepares and delivers technical design documentation. 

• Performs workshops and PoC’s for customers. 

• Research and development of solutions for upcoming deliverables

Required Skills

• BS/MS Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering 

• Demonstrate and promote respect, professionalism, positive behavior, and team spirit.

• 2-4 years of working experience in the delivery and design of large IT solutions following waterfall or agile methodology

• 3+ years of experience in designing interoperability projects (Web Services, APIs, REST, HL7)

• At least 2–4 years of working experience with Java technologies and web apps

• Experience in designing system and network infrastructures and knowledge of networking protocols.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language

• Excellent communication skills

• Analytical and design thinking

• Capability of working under pressure

 Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of public cloud solutions

• Knowledge of Big Data concepts

• Knowledge of the eHealth sector

• Knowledge of network technologies and concepts.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• TOGAF certified

• Good knowledge of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices

• Resourceful and creative 

• ITIL framework certification

• GDPR familiarity
