B2B Cosmote is looking for an experienced Product Manager for Digital Solutions with business and market knowledge and technology know-how.

Duties & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

• Have ownership of B2B Digital Solutions Portfolio Revenue & Net Margin Growth
• Have experience on successful formulation & execution of Digital Marketing Solutions Go-To-Market (GTM) activities
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the market and competition for Β2Β Digital products and services
• Identify and propose new products & services as well as improvements to existing
• Form the commercial specifications of new products or modifies existing ones, to ensure their continuous growth and profitability, while also developing business cases
• Coordinate all involved units to implement a successful Go-To-Market (GTM) activity plan through different sales channels, in order to increase the adoption of Digital Solutions to existing Customer and acquiring new
• Propose optimizations on products and services based on their existing customer journey including all sales & after sales touchpoints - physical (sales & customer care) & digital (app & web)
• Create reports and presentations on the results of the products of his responsibility, analyze them and propose improvement actions
• Participate in the formation of the annual marketing & financial planning of the products & services of their responsibility

Required Skills

• BA or higher degree in Digital Marketing (Social Media & Google) or Technology
• Proven working experience in Product Marketing
• Excellent command of the English language (Proficiency)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be self-driven and a quick learner to adopt to new technologies and methodologies
• Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Be resilient and adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment with frequent pivots and adjustments
