it business analyst (digital channels)

As a member of our Team, you will contribute to both commercial and technical transformation projects, focusing on Digital Engagement applications, while actively applying Agile practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Duties & responsibilities

• Supports, manages, and designs Mobile & Web applications

• Collaborates with Agile team members to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives while effectively communicating insights and recommendations for technical innovation

• Works closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business analysts, to ensure a smooth project execution safeguarding applications under his domain

• Uses effectively verbal and written communication skills

• Has the ability to understand business needs and requirements, and to manage possible non elastic deadlines and risks

• Actively participates in all project phases, by:

  • collecting scope for all systems involved of his department/squad,

  • undertaking the responsibility to come up with the best possible technical solution in terms of quality, in cooperation with the other project members,

  • capitalizing his expertise and knowledge for analyzing, documenting, monitoring, and resolving possible issues during execution,

  • contacting project scope and technical directions to candidate vendors to get technical and financial offers for desired implementation,

  • Liaising with vendors: preparing technical directions, evaluating proposals, and ensuring compliance with architectural, security, and budgetary requirements.

Required Skills

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or a proven strong background)

• At least 5 years working experience in relative domains with references

• Demonstrate and promote respect, professionalism, positive behavior and team spirit

• Military obligations fulfilled

• Fluency in English language (Verbal and Written)

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Agile framework, REST APIs, J2EE, Oracle/Mongo Databases, Java, Jenkins, GitLab, Kibana, Jira, ATG, Android/iOS, Kubernetes, Docker

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, or frameworks (e.g., natural language processing, recommendation systems, AI-driven analytics) – considered a plus but not mandatory
