We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our ICT team for EU Institutions and International Organizations.

If you are highly self-motivated, methodical, business minded and have a drive to increase business we want to hear from you.

As a (Senior) Sales Specialist you will focus on improving and growing ICT business, by developing business, driving sales activities to achieve targets, and manage clientele. 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop business with existing and new customers focusing on ICT solutions and services that will fulfill their needs and lead their digital transformation.

  • Participate actively in value proposition, solution development, partner identification and risk management taking into consideration the commercial strategy.

  • Lead the preparation of the financial offers ensuring that cost elements, risks and profitability targets are met.

  • Drive the negotiations with the clients and the main partners and suppliers

  • Collaborate with internal working groups (presales, delivery, procurement, recruiting, legal) to analyse and design optimal ICT solutions to address clients’ requirements

  • Assess the risks and opportunities of future projects based on the stakeholders’ inputs, challenge and validate the way these risks will be mitigated

 

Required Skills

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or relevant field;

  • More than two (2) years of experience in Sales and Business Development, or more than (4) years for Senior candidates

  • Experience with procurement procedures and processes of EU Institutions, International Organizations, or Public Institutions is a strong plus

  • Broad network of partners and knowledge of the EU market is a strong plus

  • Knowledge of the IT market and strong understanding of major IT Technology trends (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI)

  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)

  • Ability to establish relationships of trust and to negotiate with clients and partners

  • Ability to lead and work effectively in a virtual team environment

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time productively

  • Fluency in English and the ability to address an international audience

  • Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
