ict consultant & solution architect

The candidate will be part of the ICT Consulting and Solution Management team, focusing on eHealth IT solutions. They will contribute to the digital transformation of the healthcare sector by designing and delivering cutting-edge IT solutions that enhance interoperability, data security, and patient care efficiency. This role involves consulting services, solution architecture services.

Duties & responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, and implements advanced eHealth IT solutions, ensuring scalability, interoperability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR and HL7
• Owns end-to-end the technical solution, ensuring seamless integration of services and applications
• Provides consulting services to healthcare providers on IT infrastructure and digital health solutions
• Leads the design and execution of IT projects focused on clinical data exchange, patient management systems, and healthcare analytics
• Collaborates with stakeholders including healthcare professionals, IT teams, and regulatory bodies to address project risks, blockers, and future enhancements
• Presents solution architectures that align with healthcare standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, DICOM, SNOMED CT)
• Conducts technical workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of IT solutions

Required Skills

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in designing and delivering eHealth IT solutions (EHRs, HIE, PACS, LIS etc)
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability projects (APIs, Web Services, FHIR, HL7, REST)
• Experience with medical data security and compliance (GDPR)
• Strong knowledge of Java-based web applications and software development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex IT challenges and propose innovative, scalable solutions

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of public cloud solutions
• Understanding of Big Data and AI applications
• Certification in TOGAF, ITIL, or Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Familiarity with FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, and other healthcare data standards
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and IT networking standards
