About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Instructor to deliver specialized training programs, primarily in the marine sector, as well as in industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in hydraulic systems, automation, and electrical systems, along with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge through both theoretical and hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver both theoretical and practical training in hydraulic systems, automation, and electrical systems
Develop and update training materials in accordance with industry standards
Provide hands-on guidance and technical support to trainees
Evaluate trainee performance and ensure high-quality training delivery
Adapt training programs to meet client and industry requirements
Requirements:
Proven professional experience in marine and/or industrial environments
Strong expertise in hydraulic systems, automation, and electrical systems
Relevant technical certifications in the above fields
Certified instructor with a valid LAEK instructor registration number
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in training or instructional roles
Familiarity with modern training methodologies and tools
