What you'll do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation, electrical, and pneumatic systems aboard vessels and marine equipment.
- Install, test, and commission new systems and equipment on marine vessels and offshore platforms.
- Perform diagnostics and inspections to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement marine system upgrades and retrofits.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and marine classification societies.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Marine automation systems, electrical circuits, and pneumatic systems
- Marine control systems, PLCs, sensors, and hydraulic and pneumatic actuators
- Troubleshooting, system installation, and marine system commissioning
- Diagnostics and inspections
- Technical drawings and schematics, plus technical documentation
- Marine classification standards and safety regulations
- Electrical Engineering / Automation Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Any Fieldpreferred
