What you'll do
- Manage small-change and enhancement delivery across the EMEA IT team
- Coordinate with business owners and stakeholders to manage the enhancement backlog and deliver requirements on time and within budget
- Organise stakeholder meetings, report progress, and manage risks and issues
- Maintain enhancement prioritisation, scoping, and estimation to plan maintenance releases
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering IT change to the PRS business
- Oversee SIT, UAT, and deployment in line with the change control process
- Review delivery, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Liaise with third-party resource providers to track resource allocation and budgets
