What you'll do
- Deliver small to medium application enhancements and changes
- Resolve Incident, Problem, and Service Request tickets within agreed SLAs
- Complete and publish Root Cause Analysis reports for P1 and P2 Incidents
- Make SQL or Java code changes for enhancements and problem tickets
- Run routine system jobs and processes supporting business operations
- Run system jobs and processes for mandatory regulatory reporting
- Automate the running and maintenance of manual system jobs and processes
- Build relationships with vendors and Chubb teams to support applications effectively
- Liaise with third-party software suppliers
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Enterprise Java, Spring MVC and Spring Boot, JEE Application Servers, JPA and Hibernate
- Application Support, DevOps Integration, Root Cause Analysis
- API Integration, SOAP and RESTful Web Services
- Debugging Multi-tier Applications, Unit and Integration Testing
- Microsoft SQL Server, Database Schema Design and Tuning, MS Access and Excel
- JavaScript, JSP, CSS and Ajax
- Any Fieldpreferred
