We are looking for the brightest tech talents to join our 7th Software Engineering Internship cycle.
This is a special cycle as you will have the opportunity to work on Blueground’s Partner Network, a multi-faceted project connecting thousands of Property Management companies with Blueground’s Property Management System.

- Start Date: Jan 20th 2025
- Duration: 6 months
- Weeks 1–2: Induction and Training
- Begin your journey with two weeks packed full of workshops, presentations, and study sessions designed to immerse you in the fundamentals of modern software development. You'll get hands-on experience with essential concepts and tools.
- Weeks 3–8: Challenge Project
- Put theory into practice by launching a project from scratch. Collaborate with fellow interns under the guidance of our seasoned software engineers. You'll navigate the full software development lifecycle—including system design, development, and testing—culminating in a showcase of your completed project to our entire tech team.
- Weeks 9+: Partner Network Integration
- Dive into the action by joining the Partner Network and PMS teams. Work alongside experienced engineers on our most ambitious project to date.

What you'll learn:
- Using advanced Git techniques
- Building Continuous Integration pipelines on Github Actions
- Working with containers & Kubernetes
- Writing code alongside tests
- Coding on an AI-enabled editor (VSCode or Cursor)
- Coding against an LLM (prompt engineering and agentic AI)
- Plus you’ll deep dive into Javascript/Typescript and Node.js

What you'll do:
- Get lots of training: presentations, workshops, video courses
- Work on a greenfield Challenge project along with the other interns as a team
- Join the Partner Network tech team and work directly on the most ambitious feature pipeline using a modern tech stack and solid engineering practices.
What we are looking for:
- Students/graduate students with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong CS foundations
- Experience working on MacOS/Linux
- Experience working with dynamic programming languages: Python/Javascript/Ruby
- Track record of hands-on experience: Academic Projects/Professional/Open Source
- Self-discipline and passion for software engineering
