About the job
We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our high-performing Revenue and Business Optimization Team at Blueground. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize revenue generation across multiple markets and functions.
What You Will Focus On:
- Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Design and implement advanced reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide critical insights into business performance, empowering leadership to make data-driven, high-impact decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and General Managers across diverse markets. Ensure alignment of business objectives and execution of revenue optimization strategies that support Blueground’s growth and operational excellence.
- Economic Modeling & Forecasting: Develop robust models to evaluate and forecast revenue opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and enhance revenue generation through innovative, scalable solutions.
- Innovation & Growth Mindset: Embrace the startup spirit by experimenting with new ideas, leveraging cutting-edge tools, and creating scalable solutions that directly shape the future of urban living. Your insights will have a tangible impact on how Blueground grows and redefines the real estate tech landscape.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Be data-driven and detail-oriented, with an eye for the larger picture and long-term implications
- Ability to work cross-functionally, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced excel skills
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and/or Google Sheets will be considered a plus
