What you'll do
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful project completion and support roll-out services
- Support continuous improvement efforts as needed
- Plan vacations for direct reports
- Hold periodic one-to-one meetings to optimize individual performance and support development
- Motivate team to improve performance and provide continuous support
- Lead engineers, developers, designers, and other team members to deliver projects successfully
- Collaborate with stakeholders focusing on business goals
Key requirements
- Development skills with scalable containerized services and applications
- Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with .NET Core and C#
- Experience with messaging systems like Rabbit MQ
- Knowledge of in-memory databases such as Redis and MS SQL
- Strong leadership, team building, coaching, and people management skills
- Understanding of Agile principles for product development

The Team Lead will support the Engineering Manager in development, quality assurance and product managements whilst having direct reports.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
Working closely with members of the team to ensure successful completion of projects and overall support with all roll-out services;
Enabling continuous improvement by supporting when needed;
Being responsible for vacation planning of your direct reports;
Holding periodic one-to-one meetings to ensure that every individual can perform at his/her best and supporting the development via close work with HR;
Motivating the team into improving its performance and ensure that team members are always supported;
Leading team efforts (engineers, developers, designers and other team members) towards successful project delivery for our customers;
Collaborating with various stakeholders, maintaining a focus on business goals.
What we are looking for
Development background in building highly scalable, containerized services and applications
Good understanding modern web technology (JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular), familiarity with .NET Core, C#, messaging systems (Rabbit MQ) and in-memory databases (Redis, MS SQL)
Strong preference for experience in Angular. Good understanding of modern web technology(Javascript,TypeScript, etc)
Familiarity with .NET Core, C#, messaging systems (Rabbit MQ) and in-memory databases (Redis, MS SQL)
Deep understanding and interest in lean and agile principles for product development
Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, motivate, direct and coach staff
