What you'll do
- Drive technical improvements that strengthen stability, performance, code quality, and development efficiency
- Align technical standards and architectural direction with architects and engineering teams
- Lead technical design decisions in alignment with domain architects
- Research technologies, lead technical investigations, and develop POCs
- Support new product development through POCs and documented technical designs
- Review major changes and ensure they meet required standards
- Act as a technical contact for product, architecture, and engineering colleagues
- Participate in technical interviews and provide technical feedback
- Coach and mentor engineers and lead technical training sessions
- Participate in team ceremonies to stay informed about ongoing work and plans
Key requirements
- TypeScript/JavaScript and CSS3/HTML5
- Front-end architecture, technical design, and backend API integration
- Web application software engineering and large-scale application development
- Observable technologies and web performance optimization
- Agile software development, Git, and CI/CD
- Unit testing, code review, and coaching and mentoring
