What you'll do
- Build and develop the team through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, feedback and continuous improvement
- Build and evolve the multi-brand Frontend Platform using micro-frontend architecture and web components
- Use TypeScript, RxJS and Signals to develop reactive, robust user interfaces
- Use Playwright for end-to-end automation testing
- Manage team members directly, including performance, satisfaction and career development planning
- Drive and facilitate delivery to production while balancing timelines and quality
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and product quality
Key requirements
- Frontend engineering with TypeScript and JavaScript
- Observable technologies, including RxJS and Signals
- Micro-frontend architecture and Web components
- Playwright for end-to-end testing
- Pull request review and constructive feedback
- Agile methodologies, software engineering and initiative management
