We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our existing clients, training new clients, assisting with business development, and handling the day-to-day needs of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and upselling products and services.
• Train new clients on our products and services, and help them get the most out of them.
• Assist the Account Manager with business development, including prospecting new clients, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
• Handle the day-to-day needs of the sales department, including managing the CRM system, generating reports, and preparing presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid presentation skills.
• Proactive with a strong drive to succeed.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
