Barilla wants to recruit the next Food Service Associate Manager for Greece aiming to reinforce the current local business. The position is based in Athens and reports hierarchically to the Sales Manager.

Brief Description

The objective of the position is the development of OOH (Out of Home) channel by creating a winning long term strategic business plan, defining the new successful RTM in line with the Barilla Global Food Service guidelines and ensuring profitable delivery of results by managing the daily operation

Key Accountabilities

• Contact long term business plan – define new RTM and right products portfolio - specify capabilities needed for successful implementation and handle transformation plan.
• Deliver current business targets by developing existing customers and identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities
• Prepare annual OOH business plan and manage Key Accounts OOH channel
• Ensure and Develop collaboration with major points of consumption and interaction with chefs and procurement teams
• Develop e-food service in collaboration with E-commerce Manager
• Plan and implement activations in points of consumption with effective use of Marketing and Trade Marketing guidelines
• Communicate and align with Barilla Global Food service
• Plan and implement activations in points of consumption with effective use of Marketing and Trade Marketing guidelines
• Market and OOH consumer trends monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Economics or related field, Engineering School, Finance or relevant field. Master is considered as an asset
• Proven record of min 3+ years’ experience in OOH (Food service) senior positions preferably in well-established food service products companies
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strategic vision, ability to manage complex and multiple tasks
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Greek and fluent English language skills
