What you'll do
- Own and manage the One Identity Manager platform as the central IAM solution
- Lead onboarding and integration for merged entities including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, and directory synchronization
- Collaborate with business, HR, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into IAM workflows and governance controls
- Maintain integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, SaaS applications, and ITSM platforms
- Manage RBAC and Privileged Access Management controls to ensure secure, compliant, and least-privilege access
- Support enterprise consolidation initiatives across M365 tenants, directories, and applications
- Act as escalation point for IAM incidents, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and governance records
- Support access reviews, audits, compliance activities, and platform improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- One Identity Manager administration, workflows, lifecycle management, and compliance
- IAM engineering and administration including business requirements gathering and process translation
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory in hybrid environments
- Identity lifecycle management including provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and access governance
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) and related tools
- Scripting with PowerShell, plus familiarity with SQL and APIs
- ITIL service management and IT Infrastructure
- Computer Science / Cybersecurity

As an Senior IAM Engineer at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and systems.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Own and manage the One Identity Manager platform as the organisation’s central IAM solution.
Lead onboarding and integration activities for merged entities, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, and directory synchronisation.
Collaborate with business, HR, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into IAM workflows and governance controls.
Maintain integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, SaaS applications, and ITSM platforms.
Manage RBAC and PAM controls to ensure secure, compliant, and least-privilege access management.
Support enterprise consolidation initiatives across M365 tenants, directories, and applications.
Act as escalation point for IAM incidents, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and governance records.
Support access reviews, audits, compliance activities, and continuous platform improvement initiatives.
Job requirements
To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in IT Infrastructure, Security, or IAM, including hands-on IAM engineering and administration (experience in gaming, entertainment, or media industries is advantageous).
Strong experience with One Identity Manager administration, workflows, lifecycle management, and compliance.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into IAM solutions and processes.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory in hybrid environments.
Experience with identity lifecycle automation, provisioning/de-provisioning, RBAC, and access governance.
Familiarity with PAM tools and privileged access management practices.
Experience supporting M&A integrations or onboarding entities into centralised IAM platforms is desirable.
Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred); familiarity with SQL and APIs is an advantage.
Understanding of ITIL service management practices and IAM operations.
Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field; relevant IAM/Microsoft certifications are a plus.
