What you'll do
- Investigate and test alternative materials to replace PTFE
- Design and execute laboratory experiments and performance evaluations
- Report and present evaluation results
- Support industrial scale-up and implementation in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Safety, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Procurement
- Engage with external partners, suppliers, and research institutions

- 1+ years' experience
- Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Coatings, Organometallics
- Research and Development (R&D)
